We are aware of an ongoing issue affecting SMS-based services on our platform. This is caused by a disruption with our third-party SMS provider and is impacting the following:
• Text Notifications – Subscribers will not receive SMS alerts until the issue is resolved. • Two-Factor Authentication via SMS – Users with SMS-based 2FA enabled may be unable to complete login, as verification codes are not being delivered.
