Here is a quick summary of the simplification planned for May 6th:
Upon enrollment, churches are defaulted to have Church-Entered Needs enabled with the Primary Point Person given the ability to enter and approve needs that only go out to their own response team members.
Currently, the name of the role providing this ability is called Family Advocate. In an effort to make it very clear what this role is able to do, the name of this role will be changed to Church Needs Leader on May 6th.
