This issue has been resolved. All church leaders can now respond to requests from their internal dashboard like normal.
We have identified the problem and have a resolution scheduled for release.
Because there is a work around for this issue the fix will be pushed in our scheduled maintenance window on 10/28.
Incident Details: Some Church leaders are experiencing a 500 error when responding to a request from their internal church dashboard.
Work Around: When viewing requests from your church dashboard, click the orange “Public Request Page” link and then respond as normal from that page so that your response will go through successfully.
Incident Status: We are actively investigating the issue.
